SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do our absolute best to process your order accurately and as soon as possible. Then we turn it over to the Post Office. Unfortunately, this is the most unpredictable part of getting you your order. 

FlipRings Shipping Procedure

  • We ship 99% of orders order the next business day and many times we process the orders the same day.
  • We will email you a tracking # so you can follow your order. This tracking is provided by USPS and sometimes their systems are ahead of the actual order. For example, it might say your order was delivered and yet it won't come till the next day. 
  • You didn’t get an email? We send it automatically with every order. Check the email address you entered and your spam folder.

Guarantees

  • We ship USPS from our warehouse in NJ. We CANNOT GUARANTEE delivery. We do not control any of the mail carriers. We can guarantee that we will process and ship all orders the next business day or faster.
  • USPS estimates delivery from our warehouse at 3-10 days.
  • If you select 2-day shipping it will ship USPS, UPS or Fed-ex and the delivery will be guaranteed by the carrier.

Common Issues and Problems

Please review the information on your order very carefully. We will do our best to help you get your package but we are NOT RESPONSIBLE, and that means we will not replace your order, when you entered the wrong information. Common mistakes are…

  • You put the wrong address on the order
  • You forgot the street #, apartment #, etc.
  • Your address is under someone else’s name
  • You moved and used the old address
  • You put down the wrong email address

    RETURN POLICY

    We know sometimes it just doesn't work out. That's okay, we're here to help. All products (except those marked final sale) that are unused and unworn can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.  How to process a return:

    • Email support@flip-rings.com and indicate which items you want to return. 
    • Customer support will start the return process and tell you to mail the product back to FlipRings, PO Box 890, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417
    • We do not offer free return shipping, unless we made an error on your order.
    • Once we receive the unworn and unused product we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product to your method of payment.
    • Refunds are not available on shipping.
    • We send the refund back to your bank or credit card and they will post the return to your account according to their policies.
    • We process most returns within 1-2 business days after receiving the product.
